Museum and Resilient Leadership (MRL) 2016-2017 Applications Open

Led by the Black Country Living Museum, MRL is a unique year long programme designed to develop resilient and entrepreneurial leaders for the 21st Century.
The MRL is looking for the passionately curious, the enquirers, those who are motivated to develop and make change happen.

If that sounds like you, then they’d love to hear from you. You may already have leadership responsibilities in your organisation, yet not be in a full-time leadership role. If you have had a taste of leading through running a department or a project and you are curious about developing your leadership capacity, then you may be right for the 2016-2017 Programme.
MRL is a 360° examination of leadership, provided in a variety of learning environments which are safe but challenging.  It is an 'offline' space where practice and theory come together and where you can try out leadership to see if it fits you (and if you fit it). MRL will help you understand where you sit on the 'leadership continuum' and provide you with in-depth help tailored to your learning style.
MRL is fully funded by Arts Council England. There is a small administration fee. Eligibility is restricted to those in the Arts Council England area.
