Congratulations to all longlisted museums. The longlist will now be put before a panel of experts, including Kids in Museums Patron celebrity children’s author Damian Dibben and historian and broadcaster Helen Castor. They choose a shortlist of six. These six museums are road-tested anonymously by families using the Kids in Museums Manifesto as a guide to their family friendliness. These families pick the winner. Kids in Museums are now recruiting families to be judges.
