The Culture Change Guide is a toolkit from Arts Council England that's been guided by best practice recruitment principals and explores how you can think about developing a diverse workforce and leadership. It contains case studies and best practice examples from the arts and culture sector and beyond, with guidance on how to recruit and support diverse talent in an organisation, and how to capture and use diversity data.

International Peer Learning and Review Toolkit: Template and Guidance

This toolkit, comprising guidance and templates, has been produced to help museums to participate in effective peer reviews. The toolkit was developed by the Mary Rose Trust as part of 2015 project funded by the South East Museum Development Programme with the participation of WIRP (Working Internationally Regional Project). The project aimed to establish, test and disseminate a collaborative peer-to-peer model of support between international museum partners, through supporting, evaluating and disseminating learning from the Mary Rose Trust’s partnership with the Vasa Museum in Stockholm, Sweden.
